Experience the magic of the African bush with a two-hour game drive on our 2,200 hectare reserve at the foothills of the Tsitsikamma Mountains. Our knowledgeable game rangers will enthrall you with interesting facts about the wildlife you will view on your safari.
Plett Game Reserve is home to two of Africa’s famous Big 5… rhinos and leopards. You will also encounter many species of antelope, giraffe, zebra, hippo, crocodiles and buffalos.
Birdlife at the game reserve is also abundant, as are the smaller buck and other wild animals that inhabit this protected area of the Garden Route.
Our experienced rangers are always happy to impart information on any of the wild animals you spot.
Please alert our staff of any pre-exsisting medical conditions, so we can be prepared to assist, based on your prior instructions. It is not advised for very pregnant ladies to join the drives.
Refreshments are available for purchase at our Safari Center
Guest may bring their own cooler box and ,picnic basket, however we do not stop for a picnic

Such an incredible experience. Got to see a large variety of antelope, zebras, giraffes, rhino, hippos and crocodiles. Our guide was really knowledgeable and he made a great experience even better. highly recommend this game drive. - Samantha
